This house was purchased by Peterson Heritage in August of 2000. Since then Heritage has worked on restoration and improvements with the majority of exterior improvements being done around 2006.
Heritage continues to work on the Boarding House with plans to turn it into a place for visitors to stay when they come to visit the area. The timing and progress of the this project depends upon funding and donations. Therefore, until the project is complete this will be the primary location for the Peterson Heritage office.
